If you're having problems with download exceeded in megaupload, first obtain a IP and it`s port from any free site`s like www.publicproxyservers.com, www.proxz.com, www.samair.ru/proxy etc
Then in Browser Firefox … Go to Tools > Options > General > Connection Settings then put the IP and it's port there , Click ok and Enjoy. You can try changing proxy if one does not work.
In Internet Explorer Go to Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Settings > check use proxy option > then put the IP and it's port there, Click ok
